I chose my blog name from a line in Neil Young’s song, “Pocahontas.” There is actually a town in northwest Iowa by that name. They have a 25 foot high statue of her by the side of the road. Once as we passed, my youngest son, then 4 or 5, seeing what looked like a figure in a flowing robe with long dark hair exclaimed, “Look! It’s Jesus!” That works for me.
